How Team Plans Work

Build one plan for your studio and pay per seat. Choose a plan for each seat, share media with the team, get one invoice, and add or remove seats anytime.

Three steps to get your team going

    Build your plan

    Pick how many seats of each plan your team needs (Standard, Pro or Business), monthly or annually, and choose your own seat. You become the team Owner.

    Invite your team

    Invite members by email and give each one a seat and a role. They join the team from the invite.

  3. 3

    Create together

    Everyone works in the team's workspace. Switch between your Personal workspace and the team from your account menu.

Paid seats

  • A seat costs the same as its plan: Standard, Pro or Business.
  • Mix plans in one team, for example one Business seat and two Standard seats.
  • Each paid seat gets its plan's monthly credits.
  • Up to 10 paid seats per team.

Free seats

  • Up to 5 free seats once your team has at least one paid seat.
  • For Viewers, or for you as Owner.
  • Free seats have no credits.

Roles in a team

Owner

Full control of the team: members, seats, billing and the team account.

Designer

Creates images and patterns, and creates folders and tags for the team.

Viewer

Sees the images the team creates and organizes them with folders and tags. A Viewer always takes a free seat.

Billing and credits

How much does a seat cost?
A seat costs the same as the individual plan it's on, so a Pro seat costs the same as a Pro plan. You can mix plans in one team.
Do team members share credits?
No. Each member with a paid seat gets their own monthly credits from that seat's plan; there is no shared pool. A free seat has no credits. The Owner can see how many credits each seat has used this cycle.
What happens when I add seats?
New seats are added right away. Before you confirm, you see what you'll be charged now and what your next invoice will be.
What happens when I remove seats?
Seats are removed at your next renewal, so your team keeps them until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then ends.
What about my personal plan?
Your Personal workspace and its plan stay separate from the team. Personal plans are bought from your Personal workspace.
